Leading the Way with Modular Construction
Presenter: Roger Krulak, Founder and President FullStack Modular LLC
The July Urban Design Panel invites Roger Krulak, Founder and President of FullStack Modular, to share more about innovation and benefits of modular design and construction techniques. FullStack Modular is the leading innovator in the design, manufacture, and construction of mid- and high-rise modular buildings in urban environments.
Roger will share more about the benefits the Design-Manufacture-Construct Process (DMC) that the company utilizes to run project phases concurrently. This approach allows for cost and time savings, and cost can be established with greater certainty much earlier in the design process. FullStack Modular quantifies up to 25% lower building costs, 20-50% faster development, 70% safer work conditions, 80% greater time and cost certainty, 80% less neighborhood disruption, and 67% less waste.
To demonstrate these advantages, Roger will share a handful of the projects that FullStack Modular has successfully built in recent years and be a resource for any questions about the modular model. We hope you can join the Urban Design Panel in July for this engaging presentation.
